To all the boys we have loved and will love forever!

Oaf - GCH. Sharmik's Green Grass Wheelin'

    ~ Oaf ~

    AKA - Dufus, Goofball

Oaf is owned by Nathan Moule and is the foundation stud for Mount Diablo Golden retrievers.

        From Nathan -

Oaf is almost 10 years old and still competing in seniors at dog shows.  Oaf has earned the AKC titles of Champion and Grand Champion.

Oaf started his show career at 2 years old.  He finished his Championship and Grand Championship quite quickly in 16 shows with one 4 day show in New Mexico winning four major wins in one weekend.

At almost 10 years old, Oaf is extremely healthy, extremely active, and is still producing quality puppies.

Oaf loves to go up to the mountains and go for 2 mile runs.  We usually go twice a day.  He loves the snow!  I’ve see him fall asleep in the snow.  Oaf loves to play with his 4 "sisters" and tolerates his "brother".

Oaf and his "siblings" are the official mascots of the Eproson House in Twainhart.  They love him there!

How Oaf got his name;  I like to see my puppy's personality before I name them.

Picture a 3 month old puppy with a 4 foot stick running through a doorway at full speed.  After flipping over from said stick not fitting through the door, bouncing off of a wall and landing next to the couch and him saying “oaf” upon hitting the couch, well, I had to give him that name.  He was always doing funny stuff, so the name stuck.

Oaf passes on to his offspring that famous thick golden retriever head he’s known for and a gentle disposition to his pups with a little spice/attitude mixed in.

Oaf and I, after 10 years together, are basically brothers.  Neither of us listen to the other.

        Oaf is my brother.

Helix - CH Moxy With A Double Dawg Twist CGC

        ~ Helix~

        AKA - "He-licks"

From Helix's mom -  Dr. Cynthia Lawley

Stud Dog Helix is as sweet as he is stunning—a conformation champion with a heart of gold and a passion for play.

Bred by Dr. Cindy Lawley, a geneticist focused on increasing genetic diversity in golden retrievers, Helix brings thoughtful breeding and outstanding temperament together in one glorious, golden package.

Helix's favorite playmate has always been his sister (and he still gets the zoomies with her at family reunions).

His gentle nature, and love for puppies shine—he’s the kind of dog who flops on his back just to let the babies “win,” always making sure play stays fun and inviting so the little ones feel brave and keep coming back for more.

Whether he’s retrieving a treasured ball, paddling in a lake, or scanning the horizon from a stand-up paddleboard, Helix loves the water.

His brave, confident spirit shines—unless there are balloons involved... then he lets his mum Moxy handle the scary stuff!

Helix has a clear health profile: hips, elbows, eyes, heart, and genetics are all good. He is a carrier fora variant that can contribute risk for ichthyosis if bred to another carrier, so should only be bred to girls who are clear (wildtype) for this variant.

Helix is a lovebug, a water dog, and a loyal friend—and we think he's pretty special
